(2) Specific Personal Information, etc. will be used only within the scope of purpose as provided for by the relevant laws and regulations, and not for any unintended purpose.
(3) If the Company outsources the whole or part of handling of Specific Personal Information, etc. to a third party, it requires such outsourced party to ensure the protection of Specific Personal Information, etc. by executing a confidentiality agreement, and provides necessary and appropriate supervision to such outsourced party.
In order to prevent any leakage, loss or damage of Specific Personal Information, etc. and to ensure appropriate management thereof, the Company clarifies responsibilities of its officers/employees, develops its internal regulations, provides education/trainings to its employees, and implements safety control measures against leakages or other incidents from a physical, technological and other aspect. The Company will promptly correct these measures if an improvement thereof becomes necessary as determined based not only on internal audits, but also on outsider’s viewpoint, real-world examples of security incidents, upon request, etc.
The Company establishes a point of contact for inquiries regarding Specific Personal Information, etc. and responds to any inquiry and complaint in an appropriate, honest and prompt manner.
