Snow Brand Seed believes that collecting, using, providing or outsourcing personal information against the will of a person who provides such information constitutes a violation of rights of such person. Also, whoever commits such conduct will lose its position as a business operator trusted from society and consumers.

If the Company outsources the whole or part of handling of personal information to a third party, it requires such outsourced party to ensure the protection of personal information by executing a confidentiality agreement, and provides supervision to such outsourced party to ensure their appropriate handling of personal information.
Snow Brand Seed implements measures against unauthorized access, computer virus, etc., and other safety measures to ensure the safety of personal information, and prevents any loss, damage, alteration or leakage of personal information.
The Company will promptly correct these measures if an improvement thereof becomes necessary as determined based not only on internal audits, but also on corporate ethics personnel meetings among group companies or other outsider's viewpoint, real-world examples of security incidents, upon request, etc.
With respect to handling of personal information, Snow Brand Seed complies with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, as well as any laws and regulations and other rules related to personal information, while acting in line with any internal regulations.
To ensure the foregoing, the Company provides education/trainings to all of its officers, employees, temporary staff and other persons who work for the Company.
Snow Brand Seed continuously improves its regulations and other rules related to protection of personal information and maintains them at their best, based not only on internal audits, but also on corporate ethics personnel meetings among group companies or other outsider’s viewpoint.
Snow Brand Seed respects any individual’s rights regarding personal information and appropriately responds to the relevant individual's inquiry or request for correction, addition, deletion or suspension of use of retained personal data, including carrying out necessary investigation without delay.
